काङ् क्षन्त: कर्मणां सिद्धिं यजन्त इह देवता: |
क्षिप्रं हि मानुषे लोके सिद्धिर्भवति कर्मजा || 4.12 ||

Kāṅ kṣhantaḥ karmaṇāṁ siddhiṁ yajanta iha devatāḥ,
Kṣhipraṁ hi mānuṣhe loke siddhirbhavati karmajā ||

"The celestial gods worship by enduring rituals; they quickly achieve success in this human world, born of actions."

Shri Krishna explains the significance of performing one's duties and rituals with patience and dedication. He states that the celestial gods attain success by diligently performing their duties and worshiping through rituals.
