योगिनामपि सर्वेषां मद्गतेनान्तरात्मना |
श्रद्धावान्भजते यो मां स मे युक्ततमो मत: || 6.47 ||

Yogināmapi sarveṣāṁ madgatenāntarātmanā।
Śhraddhāvānbhajate yo māṁ sa me yuktatamo mataḥ॥

Of all yogis, the one with great faith who fully surrenders unto Me, I consider to be the most devout.

Lesson:

Here, Lord Krishna explains the supreme state of devotion attained by yogis who wholeheartedly surrender to Him with unwavering faith. He emphasizes that among all practitioners of yoga, those who possess deep reverence and trust in the divine and wholeheartedly engage in devotion to Him are deemed the most accomplished. Lord Krishna values not just the external practices of yoga but the inner state of consciousness of the practitioner.

The yogi who surrenders their innermost self to the divine with complete faith and dedication is regarded as the most superior. This verse underscores the significance of faith and devotion in the path of yoga and spiritual realization. It highlights the importance of cultivating a profound connection with the divine and entrusting oneself entirely to the divine will. Lord Krishna's teaching here emphasizes that true fulfilment and spiritual progress come not just from external practices but from the inner state of surrender and devotion to the divine essence pervading all existence.
