And whoever, at the time of death, quits his body, remembering Me alone, at once attains My nature. Of this there is no doubt.

Lesson:

Lord Krishna explains the significance of remembering Him at the time of death. He says that those who remember Him with devotion at the moment of leaving their body will attain His divine nature. Lord Krishna assures Arjuna, and all of us, that there should be no doubt about this truth. This highlights the importance of maintaining a connection with the divine throughout one's life, especially during the final moments. It emphasizes the power of devotion and remembrance in guiding the soul towards the ultimate goal of liberation.

By remembering the Supreme Being at the time of death, one transcends the cycle of birth and death and merges with the eternal divine essence. Lord Krishna's words provide solace and assurance to seekers, encouraging them to cultivate a deep and unwavering devotion to the divine, ensuring a peaceful transition from this world to the next.
