Martin Denny was an American musician born on April 10, 1911. He is best known for his work in the exotica genre of music, blending tropical sounds with jazz and classical influences. Denny's album Exotic Sounds became a bestseller in the 1950s, popularizing the genre. His innovative approach to music has left a lasting impact on the world of jazz and popular music.
