Terry Kath was an American musician born on January 31, 1946. He was the founding guitarist and vocalist of the rock band Chicago, known for their unique blend of rock and jazz. Kath's powerful guitar playing and soulful voice contributed to the band's success in the 1970s with hits like "25 or 6 to 4" and "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?" He is remembered for his musical talent and influence on the band's sound. Tragically, Kath passed away in 1978, but his legacy continues through Chicago's music.
