Tyra Banks is an American model, television personality, and businesswoman born on December 4, 1973. She gained fame as a supermodel in the 1990s and was one of the first African American women to appear on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Banks is also known for hosting and producing the reality TV show America's Next Top Model, which showcased aspiring models. In addition to her modeling career, she has ventured into acting and entrepreneurship, launching her own cosmetics line. Tyra continues to inspire many through her work in fashion and media.
